ORDER :-
The Government has assured to establish (3) separate Corporations for Mala/Madiga/Relli & others to ensure specific focus on the up-liftment of the members of the Scheduled Castes in the state. Accordingly a proposal has been called from the VC & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited, vide reference 1st read above, who in-turn has also recommended for the same.
2. Government, after careful examination hereby agrees to form three separate Corporations, viz., “Andhra Pradesh Mala Welfare Corporation, Andhra Pradesh Madiga Welfare Corporation, Andhra Pradesh Relli & others Welfare Corporation Limited under A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964”, for the purpose of economic support schemes which are non-statutory in nature.
3. The VC & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited is requested to furnish the structure of Managing Committee (Non-Official/Official Members) to the aforesaid Corporations along with its staffing pattern immediately to Government for issue of further orders.
