O R D E R

The following notification shall be published in the Extraordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette, Dated: 25-05-2021. 

NOTIFICATION

 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 15 of the Right to Information Act 2005, the Hon’ble Governor of Andhra Pradesh is pleased to appoint Sri Ulchala Hari Prasada Reddy and Sri Kakarla Chenna Reddy as State Information Commissioners in Andhra Pradesh Information Commission. 

2. The State Information Commissioners shall hold office for a period of three (3) years from the date on which they enter upon office or till they attain the age of sixty-five (65) years, whichever is earlier. The term of office, salaries, allowances and other terms and conditions of their service shall be as specified in section 16 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 read with the Right to Information (Term of Office, Salaries, Allowances and Other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chief Information Commissioner, Information Commissioners in the Central Information Commission, State Chief Information Commissioner and State Information Commissioners in the State Information Commission) Rules, 2019.
