List of Enclosures for the Inter District Transfer Application

1. i.Service Register of the individual
2. ii. Service Certificate
3. iii. Spouse certificate issued by the competent authority (the certificate obtained prior to given will not be considered)
4. IV. Study Certificates (IV to X).
5. V. Consent of the candidate (In case of Mutual Transfer,the certificate obtained prior to 11.05.2018 will not be considered).
6. vi. A declaration of the applicant that he/she would forgo his/her seniority in the old unit and accept to take last rank in the New unit
