Sub:- School Education - COVID-19 pandemic - Academic year 2021-22 Preparation of School Preparedness Plan and teaching - learning process for the Academic year 2021-22 - Certain instructions - Issued.

Ref:- 1) D.O.Lr.No.40-34/2020-DM-I(A), Dated: 19.06.2021 of the Union Home Secretary, Chairman, NEC, GOI, New Delhi.

2) From the DSE, A.P, eFileNo:ESE02-30027/5/2021-A&I-CSE-Part(1), Dated: 30.06.2021.

In pursuance of the instructions and guidelines issued by the Gol in the reference 1st cited, and the circumstances reported by the Director of School Education, A.P., in ref 2nd cited, the Government hereby issue the following instructions for preparation of School Preparedness Plan and teaching-learning process for the Academic Year 2021-2022:

1. a) All Headmasters, Teachers, staff etc., under all Government management shall attend to school from 1st July, 2021.
2. b) On that particular day (i.e., 01.07.2021) they have to prepare the school specific plan regarding attendance of the staff to the schools, works related to admission process, works related to flagship initiatives, UDISE+, creating Whatsapp groups, pooling of the digital content so as to escalate the online education from 15.07.2021 onwards.
3. c) From the next day (i.e., 02.07.2021) onwards, all teachers of primary and upper primary schools shall attend to school in alternative days. Further, the concerned Headmaster may take appropriate decision based on the need and works on which day which teacher to attend.
4. d) For high schools, 50% of staff shall attend everyday (i.e., one day language teachers and another day non-language teachers may attend). However, the Headmaster may take appropriate decision basing on the cadre strength of the school.
5. e) All Headmasters shall take necessary steps and ensure proper sanitization and school hygiene i.e, all work areas intended for teaching/demonstrations etc., including laboratories, other common utility areas and with particular attention to frequently touched surfaces etc., with the help of sanitary workers engaged and also in consultation with the Panchayat Raj Department / Municipal Administration Department.
6. f) Preparation of Academic plan to deliver online education from 15.07.2021.
7. g) From 15.07.2021, worksheets will be supplied by the SCERT, A.P to impart teaching learning process and the same may be given to the students through parents. (under any circumstances students should not be called to schools

2. All concerned officials shall ensure strict enforcement of guidelines/ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all activities in the schools issued by the Union and State Governments from time to time for strict compliance on COVID-Appropriate behaviour such as, wearing of masks, keeping social distancing etc., in the schools without fail.

3. The Director of School Education, A.P, the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, the Secretary, APREIS/APSWREIS/APTWREIS/APBCWREIS, etc., Commissioner and Director, Municipal Administration and Urban Development, the Director of Government Examinations, the Director, SCERT, District Collectors, RJDSEs and DEOs are requested to take further necessary action accordingly, in the matter.

పాఠశాల విద్య - COVID-19 మహమ్మారి - విద్యా సంవత్సరం 2021-22 - పాఠశాల సన్నద్ధత ప్రణాళిక మరియు బోధన - 2021-22 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి అభ్యాస ప్రక్రియ  - కొన్ని సూచనలు జారీ

ఎ) అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ నిర్వహణలో ఉన్న అన్ని ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు, సిబ్బంది  మొదలైనవారు 2021 జూలై 1 నుండి పాఠశాలకు హాజరుకావాలి.
బి) ఆ నిర్దిష్ట రోజున (అంటే 01.07.2021)  పాఠశాలలకు సిబ్బంది హాజరు, ప్రవేశ ప్రక్రియకు సంబంధించిన పనులు, ప్రధాన కార్యక్రమాలకు సంబంధించిన పనులు, యుడైస్ +, వాట్సాప్ గ్రూపులను సృష్టించడం, ఆన్‌లైన్ విద్యను 15.07-2021 నుండి పెంచడానికి డిజిటల్ కంటెంట్‌ను పూర్తి చేయడం గురించి వారు పాఠశాల నిర్దిష్ట ప్రణాళికను సిద్ధం చేయాలి.
సి) మరుసటి రోజు నుండి (అనగా, 02.07.2021), ప్రాథమిక మరియు ప్రాదమికోన్నత పాఠశాలల ఉపాధ్యాయులందరూ ప్రత్యామ్నాయ రోజుల్లో పాఠశాలకు హాజరుకావాలి.

ఇంకా, ఏ రోజున ఏ ఉపాధ్యాయుడు హాజరు కావాలో ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు తగిన నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటాడు.

d) ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల కోసం, 50% మంది సిబ్బంది ప్రతిరోజూ హాజరు కావాలి (అనగా, ఒక రోజు భాషా ఉపాధ్యాయులు మరియు మరొక రోజు భాషేతర ఉపాధ్యాయులు హాజరు కావచ్చు).

ఏదేమైనా, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు పాఠశాల యొక్క కేడర్ బలం ఆధారంగా తగిన నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవచ్చు.

ఇ) అన్ని ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు అవసరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి మరియు సరైన పరిశుభ్రత మరియు పాఠశాల పరిశుభ్రతను నిర్ధారించాలి, అనగా పారిశుధ్య కార్మికులు సహాయంతో ప్రయోగశాలలు, ఇతర సాధారణ వినియోగ ప్రాంతాలు మరియు తరచుగా తాకిన ఉపరితలాలపై ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధతో, బోధన / ప్రదర్శనలు మొదలైన వాటి కోసం ఉద్దేశించిన అన్ని  ప్రాంతాలు పరిశుభ్రంగా ఉంచాలి.   పంచాయతీ రాజ్ విభాగం / మునిసిపల్ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేషన్ వారిని సంప్రదించి సహాయ సహకారాలు తీసుకోవాలి.

f) 15.07.2021 నుండి ఆన్‌లైన్ విద్యను అందించడానికి విద్యా ప్రణాళికను సిద్ధం చేయాలి.

9) 15.07.2021 నుండి, బోధనా అభ్యాస ప్రక్రియను అందించడానికి SCERT, A.P చేత వర్క్‌షీట్లు సరఫరా చేయబడతాయి. మరియు తల్లిదండ్రుల ద్వారా విద్యార్థులకు కూడా ఇవ్వవచ్చు.

ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ విద్యార్థులను పాఠశాలలకు పిలవకూడదు.
