ORDER:

In the Government order read above, orders were issued for implementing the Revised Scales of Pay, 2022.

పైన చదివిన ప్రభుత్వ ఉత్తర్వులో, రివైజ్డ్ స్కేల్స్ ఆఫ్ పే, 2022ని అమలు చేయడానికి ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేయబడ్డాయి.

2. The 11th Pay Revision Commission recommended for sanction of five stagnation increments to the employees who reach the maximum of the pay scale.

11వ పే రివిజన్ కమిషన్ గరిష్టంగా పే స్కేల్‌కు చేరుకున్న ఉద్యోగులకు ఐదు స్టాగ్నేషన్ ఇంక్రిమెంట్లను మంజూరు చేయాలని సిఫార్సు చేసింది

3. Government, after careful examination, here by orders for issuing the following notification and the same shall be published in the A.P. Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to Andhra Pradesh Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 2022.

భారత రాజ్యాంగంలోని ఆర్టికల్ 309కి ప్రొవిజో ద్వారా అందించబడిన అధికారాల అమలులో, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం దీని ద్వారా ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ సవరించిన స్కేల్స్ ఆఫ్ పే రూల్స్, 2022కి క్రింది సవరణను చేస్తుంది

AMENDMENT

The following rule shall be inserted after Rule 7.

"7-A. In the event of stagnation, five stagnation increments shall be allowed beyond the time scale in the Revised Scales of Pay, 2022. These stagnation increments shall be treated as regular increments for all purposes such as fixation of pay on promotion /Automatic Advancement Scheme, Pension ete."

స్తబ్దత ఏర్పడిన సందర్భంలో, రివైజ్డ్ స్కేల్స్ ఆఫ్ పే, 2022 లో టైమ్ స్కేల్‌కు మించి ఐదు స్టాగ్నేషన్ ఇంక్రిమెంట్‌లు అనుమతించబడతాయి. ఈ స్టాగ్నేషన్ ఇంక్రిమెంట్‌లు పదోన్నతి/ఆటోమేటిక్ అడ్వాన్స్‌మెంట్ స్కీమ్, పెన్షన్‌పై చెల్లింపు స్థిరీకరణ వంటి అన్ని ప్రయోజనాల కోసం సాధారణ ఇంక్రిమెంట్‌లుగా పరిగణించబడతాయి.
