The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the reference 3rd read above, wherein orders were issued in terminating the services of DSC-2008 teachers appointed on Minimum Time Scale on contractual basis w.e.f 05.05.2022.
Schools are scheduled to repoen from 05.07.2022 during this academic year 2022-23. Hence, the contractual period in respect of DSC-2008 teachers appointed on Minimum Time Scale is herewith renewed for a period of 10 Months w.e.f 05.07.2022 as per the terms and conditions applicable to contract employees.
Therefore, all the District Educational Oficers in the State are instructed to take further action accordingly and submit compliance to this office.
