Sub:-School Education Delegation of powers and functions to the Head Masters working in the Schools of Government, ZPP/MPP and Municipal Management, Mandal Educational Officers/ Deputy Deputy Educational officers, District Educational Officers and the Commissioner of School Education- Inspectors of Schools, Medical Reimbursement Proposals - Draw and Issue of sanction orders- Certain Instructions - issued- Regarding.

Read G.O.Ms. No. 180,School Education(SER.I) Department Date: 18.11.2022.

In the reference cited, Government have delegated the powers to various functionaries of School Education Department, viz., the District Educational Officers, Deputy Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officers and Head Master of HighSchools/High School (PLUS) to Draw the Medical Advance/Reimbursement after scrutiny of Dr.YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust A.P. 

Therefore, all the Drawing and Disbursing Officers under the control of the School Education Department in the state are requested to follow the above said G.O. and issue sanction orders on the Medical Reimbursement proposals after scrutiny report received from the Dr.YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust A.P.

ఉదహరించిన సూచనలో, ప్రభుత్వం పాఠశాల విద్యా శాఖలోని వివిధ కార్యదర్శులకు, అంటే జిల్లా విద్యా అధికారులు, ఉప విద్యా అధికారులు, మండల విద్యా అధికారులు మరియు హైస్కూల్స్/హైస్కూల్ (PLUS) హెడ్ మాస్టర్‌లకు మెడికల్ అడ్వాన్స్/ డ్రా చేయడానికి అధికారాలను అప్పగించింది. డాక్టర్ వైఎస్ఆర్ ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ హెల్త్ కేర్ ట్రస్ట్ పరిశీలన తర్వాత రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్ A.P.

కావున, రాష్ట్రంలోని పాఠశాల విద్యా శాఖ ఆధీనంలో ఉన్న డ్రాయింగ్ మరియు డిస్బర్సింగ్ అధికారులందరూ పైన పేర్కొన్న G.O.ని అనుసరించి, డాక్టర్.YSR ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ హెల్త్ కేర్ ట్రస్ట్ A.P నుండి వచ్చిన నివేదికను పరిశీలించిన తర్వాత మెడికల్ రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్ ప్రతిపాదనలపై మంజూరు ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేయాలని అభ్యర్థించారు.
