All the District Educational Ofcers in the State are informed that, it has been decided to take up promotions of School Assistants other than 1 st and 2nd languages in the schools under the managements of Govt/ Mandal / Zilla Parishad within management on adhoc basis in the State.

The proposed schedule is as follows

సీనియారిటీ జాబితాలు: 30.06.2023

అభ్యంతరాల పరిశీలన: 01.07.2023 నుండి 03.07.2023 వరకు

ఫైనల్ సీనియారిటీ జాబితాలు: 04.07.2023

కౌన్సిలింగ్: 05.07.2023

కొత్త పాఠశాలలో జాయినింగ్: 06.07.2023

In this regard, all the District Educational Ofcers in the state are requested to conduct promotion counseling as per the above schedule to the post of SAs (except 1st and 2nd languages) including DR Quota as per the need arrived as per G.O.Ms.No.117, dt:10.06.2022 and G.O.Ms.No.128, dt:13.07.2022. 

Further, they are instructed to convert the surplus School Assistants (i.e., vacancies arise due to current promotions) into needy subject School Assistants [Ex. promotion given to present SA(P.S) as Gr.II HM and SA(P.S) is surplus, Hence the post may be converted as SA(needy subject)] and any deviation in following the guidelines and instructions by any responsible ofcer will be taken to task for implementing the disciplinary procedures.

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Ofcers in the State are informed that, it has been decided to take up promotions to the Vacant Gr.II H.Ms in the schools under the

managements of Zilla Parishad and Government Schools within the

management on adhoc basis in the State.

The proposed schedule is as follows

To the post of Gr.II H.M (Govt/Z.P)

1. Display Tentative Seniority list to the post of  Gr.II H.M --- 30.06.2023

2 .Call for objections -- 01.07.2023 to 02.07.2023

3 Display of Final  Seniority lists - 03.07.2023

4 .Conduct counseling to the post of Gr.II H.M - 04.07.2023

5 Reporting to New place - 05.07.2023

In this regard, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are requested to conduct promotion counseling as per the above schedule to the post of Gr.II H.Ms of Zilla Parishad and Government Schools as per the need arrived as per G.O.Ms.No.117, dt:10.06.2022 and any deviation in following the guidelines and instructions by any responsible officer will be taken to task for implementing the disciplinary procedures.
