The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and Lall District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references read above, wherein certain instructions were issued regarding conducting of Schools half day from 7.30 AM to 11.30 AM from 12.06.2023 to 24.03.2023 due to prevailing heat weather conditions reported by the State Disaster Management Authority(SDMA).

As the weather conditions were back to normal, it is decided to conduct the schools for full days w.e.f 26.06.2023 as per the Schedule of Academic Calender 2023-24 prepared by the State Council for Education Research and Training.

Hence, all the Regional Joint Director of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are hereby instructed to inform all the Headmasters of all Government, Private and Aided Schools in the State belonging to all managements and boards to abide these instructions scrupulously without any deviation.
