O R D E R:-

In the meeting held with FAPTO and JACTO members with Hon’bleMinister for Education on 18.11.2020, it was agreed to award entitlement pointswithout maximum limit of 8 years, service points to the service rendered up to 33years and the criteria for compulsory transfer of Headmasters Gr.II is 5 completedyears of service instead of 5 Academic years.

2. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 78 and 99 ofA.P.Education Act 1982(Act 1 of 1982) and under Article 309 of the Constitution ofIndia, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments tothe A.P Teachers (Regulation of Transfers) Guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.54School Education (Services.II) Department dated 12.10.2020.

గరిష్ట పరిమితి లేకుండా 8 సంవత్సరాల అర్హత, 33 సంవత్సరాల వరకు చేసిన సేవకు సేవా పాయింట్లు మరియు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు జూనియర్ II యొక్క తప్పనిసరి బదిలీకి ప్రమాణాలు 5 విద్యా సంవత్సరాలకు బదులుగా 5 పూర్తి చేసిన సేవ.
