With reference to Govt., memo 30th cited, I wish to submit that instructions have been issued to all the District Educational Officers in the State with a request to furnish the information teachers/retired

teachers (who are eligible to allow for stepping up of pay in respect of teachers who got advance increments prior to regrouping of pay scales) after making pre-audit of all eligible cases with reference to their Service Register and statement of financial commitment (Case-wise). After subsequent reminders since then, the relevant particulars have furnished by the following District Educational Officers for kind perusal:

Further, I submit that Government have issued orders to allow for stepping up of pay in respect of teachers who got advance increments prior to regrouping of pay scales and drawing lesser pay than the teachers who were sanctioned advance increments after regrouping pay scales vide reference 10th

అంతేకాకుండా, పే స్కేల్స్‌ను తిరిగి సమూహపరచడానికి ముందు ముందస్తు ఇంక్రిమెంట్ పొందిన ఉపాధ్యాయులకు సంబంధించి వేతనాలు పెంచడానికి మరియు పే స్కేల్స్‌ను తిరిగి సమూహపరిచిన తరువాత ముందస్తు ఇంక్రిమెంట్ మంజూరు చేసిన ఉపాధ్యాయుల కంటే తక్కువ వేతనం పొందటానికి అనుమతించాలని ప్రభుత్వం ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసిందని నేను సమర్పించాను.

cited. The Director of Treasuries & Accounts, AP, Ibrahimpatnam has issued certain instructions on 28.04.2019, to all the Deputy Directors of District Treasuries to pass the bills to only 57 members.

Further, I wish to state that No. of court cases are filed in this regard O.A.No.182/2019, 268/2019, 389/2019, 2440/2017,822/2019,145/2017, 152/2017, 2345/2017, 1315/2018, 3021/2014, 2404/2015,2581/2014, 626/2019 etc with a request to implement the orders issued vide, Govt. Memo. No.278938/ Services.II/A.1/2016. dt.31.07.2018. Further, I submit that some of the District Educational Officers have furnished only the particulars of teachers who filed court cases with regard to stepping up of pay without financial implications thereon.The details of the remaining districts is to be furnished after receipt of the same from the districts at the earliest.

I therefore request the Government with a request to issue orders to extend the Government Memo 31-07-2018 to all the retired teachers who come under zone of stepping up of pay on par with their juniors to avoid further legal complications.

అందువల్ల మరింత చట్టపరమైన సమస్యలను నివారించడానికి వారి జూనియర్లతో సమానంగా వేతనం పెంచే జోన్ పరిధిలోకి వచ్చే రిటైర్డ్ ఉపాధ్యాయులందరికీ ప్రభుత్వ మెమో 31-07-2018 ని పొడిగించాలని ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేయాలని నేను అభ్యర్థిస్తున్నాను.
