ప్రతి ప్రాధమిక, ప్రాధమికోన్నత మరియు ఉన్నత పాఠశాలలలో చదువుతున్న అందరు విద్యార్థులకు సంబంధించిన కోరిన సమాచారాన్ని ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు మరియు ఉపాధ్యాయులు, సి. ఆర్. పి. ల సహకారం తో ఇవ్వబడిన గూగుల్ ఫామ్ ద్వారా తేది. 29-5-2021 సాయంత్రం 4:00 ల లోపు ఖచ్చితంగా సబ్మిట్ చేయవలయును.
