ORDER:

The following notification will be published in an extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette Dated: 17-06-2021.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section-93 of Andhra  Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Act 1 of 1982), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby authorizes the Director of School Education to perform the functions under Section-46 of the said Act in respect of aided schools throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh.

2. The Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh shall take necessary action to monitor the performance of the aided schools closely and to take appropriate action under Section 46 of the Act.
