ORDER:

The Government of Andhra Pradesh have issued norms for reapportionment of teaching staff

under various managements viz, Government, Zilla Praja Parishad and Mandal Praja Parishad schools

vide reference 1st cited. Government have issued The Andhra Pradesh Teachers (Regulation of

Transfers) Guidelines 2020 vide reference 2nd cited and amendment issued in reference 3r cited.

In view of the dismissal of write petition in the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh filed by the

teachers working in MPPIZPP schools in the limits of Municipal corporation / Municipalities and in view

of the dismissal orders issued by the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh dated:01-04-2021 in

W.A.No's 80,81,82,83,84, 93, 95, 104, 105, 108, 129, 130, 135,139,142 and 143 of 2021. In view of

the instructions issued by the Director of School Education, A.P., Amaravathi vide reference 6th read

above, the following teachers who have completed 8 years of service in the same school and comes

under compulsory transfer are hereby transferred to the schools noted against the names as per the

option exercised by the individual during the manual counseling held on 22-06-2021.

The Deputy Educational Officers/ Mandal Educational Officers/Headmasters concerned are

requested to relieve the Teacher to enable them to join immediately in the new station

The orders now issued are under subjective condition of final outcome of the judgments of the

Hon'ble Courts.
