The attention of the District Edaucational Ofcers anda Adadaitional Project Coordainators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are inviteda to the ref 4 th citeda anda it is informeda that the clarifcation issueda in point 7 of ref 4th citeda is modaifeda as follows.

2. Hence all the District Edaucational Ofcers anda Adadaitional Project Coordainators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are instructeda to ignore the earlier clarifcation issueda in point 7 of ref 4th citeda. 

3. Further, the District Edaucation Officers are requested to suspend the school work in all government schools on 22-9-2021 to facilitate to take up the elections to the Parents Committees on the same day. They are also requesteda to ensure SoP for prevention anda spread of COVID at the time of condaucting elections to the PCs.
