The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references 11th to 14th read above, wherein, the Commissioner of Intermediate Education has issued orders for Annual Academic Programme (Calendar) for the Academic year 2022-23. Copies of the references 11th & 14th are enclosed herewith.

2. In this connection, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Ofcers, in the State are requested to issue necessary instructions to all Headmasters of upgraded High Schools into High School Plus for Girls to follow the academic calendar +1 (Annexure)

3. Further, the following ofcers are requested to monitor the admissions in the 434 Jr. colleges ( 292 High schools upgraded to HS plus for girls, 128 KGBVs upgraded and 14 Co-ed Jr colleges converted to Girls Jr, college) established exclusively for girls

4. Sri R. Narshimarao, is requested to coordinate with the above two officers, regarding implementation of various activities in Intermediate Education and to ensure all programs/ activities that are being

implemented in intermediate education shall also be implemented in these High School Plus and KGBVs. He shall also guide the two officers in implementation of all statutory requirements as required by BIE.

5. Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Ofcers are requested to take further necessary

action in implementation of the academic calendar in all Jr. Colleges established only for girls. 

4. These instructions should be followed scrupulously.
