4.MoU between the PGT’s/TGT’s and the concerned Principal of A.P Model Schools.

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education Ofcer and the Principals of A.P. Model Schools in the State is invited to the references read above, wherein orders were issued for engaging the 211 PGT’s and 71 TGT’s in A.P Model schools on contract basis with Minimum Time Scale with certain term and conditions applicable to contract employees for a period of 10 Months in a year.

Further, all the RJDSEs and the Principals of A.P. Model Schools in the State are informed that the last working day for the Academic Year 2022-23 will be 30.04.2023 and the Summer vacation to all schools in the state following state syllabus will be from 01.05.2023 to 11.06.2023 and the schools will be reopened on 12.06.2023 for the Academic year 2023-24.

As per the Notification issued in ref.2nd cited and MoU vide in ref.4tch cited, the break period of contracted PGT's and TGT's is mentioned as detailed below ;

"The contract period for engaging PGT's/TGT's shall be valid up to the end of academic year 2022-23 and further renewal will be based on subject to instructions from the Government.  "

As such the services in respect of Post Graduate Teachers and Trained Graduate Teachers who are engaged on contractual basis with Minimum Time Scale (MTS) needs to be terminated w.e.f AN of 30.04.2023.

Therefore all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education Officers and the Principals of A.P. Model Schools in the state are requested to terminate the Contractual Agreement of the above teachers appointed on Minimum Time Scale on the AN of 30.04.2023 until further orders received from the Government.
